Personalized items

Because each mirror is custom made with the name and number you choose, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for spelling entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check the name and number before ordering.

Damaged or defective items

If your mirror arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at adamdfsecom@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
